Q:   If I own leather furniture is it true that the only maintenance I have to carry out is a dust and may be a damp cloth once in a blue moon? NO:                                                                   

A:    Leather furniture requires REGULAR Maintenance.

When you first purchase your furniture we strongly advise that you apply 1 application of leather protection cream 2 applications to arms seats and back!

This will give your leather the perfect start and will help to protect against Spillages, Body oils, Grease and Stains.

If your leather is looking tired and worn then a good clean and two applications of leather protection cream will restore it for years to come.

To maintain your leather: Dust as you would any other furniture.
Weekly or fortnightly damp wipe your leather do not rub.  This will remove every day dirt and marks and will also help to keep your leather supple.
Leather will dry out if not kept moist, simple regular maintenance will keep your furniture looking clean and fresh for many years.

Never use Washing up liquid, Household Detergents, Furniture Polish, Oil, Wax, etc.  All of these may damage your leather over time.

You have spent a lot of money buying your furniture, so spend a little more and purchase a leather care kit designed for leather only.
